“Breezy Practicality”
Whirlpool required rethinking the user experience and applying a new tone that resonated with Whirlpool appliances’ everyday users. The redesign included detailed product descriptions with relatable information for users: practical descriptions that exceeded technical terms and instead spoke to daily use. “This washer tub will fit up to 12 full-size bath towels or 10 pairs of jeans.”
